centropolis design proposes a new concept of ‘module design’, aimed at supporting a modern lifestyle, guaranteeing comfort and services able to satisfy innumerable needs. the format is the same as a service apartment, you can book in each moment a room or an apartment through the dedicated app. the booking mechanism is simple, thanks to the complete digitalization of the services dynamics.
m.o.d.hotels represents a concept design based on the possibility of creation and adaptation of a space, to any situation. this is a format that offers fully furnished apartments in central locations, powered by a platform of shared services.
thanks to an innovative constructive method, there is no need for invasive building works and it is possible to reproduce the same type of housing at all times, with different finishes and textures according to tastes and needs. a modular space, designed to be easy to build, to use and to customize.
m.o.d. provides a common area which is the lobby, welcoming guests at any time of day or night, both for check-in and check-out functions, and to offer services for those staying in the structure. through technological digital stations it will be possible to manage in total autonomy your stay or relax in the living area equipped, with TV and snack bar.
the architectural layout is refer to an apartment of approx 30 square meters, where the only existing part is the bathroom. the need is to create a flexible and equipped space, consisting of a living area, kitchen and one sleeping area. the room is divided through the use of linear self-supporting structures, to which dividing panels, shelves, lighting bodies and much more are applied. furnish and decorative items fill the space thanks to the endless possibilities of customization.
